Stephanie Mackey
Company founder
Before starting the business, Stephanie spent over 8 years in logistics, dealing with a wide variety of contracts from blue chip organizations such as Britvic Soft Drinks, Unilever and Carlsberg to smaller multi user sites. She’s also had a wealth of expeience in sectors such as automotive, retail and manufacturing.
Specialism: SME advice, TUPE, Redundancy, Employee Surveys.

Nick Harley
Associate
Nick has had a successful career in HR management gained across a number of industry sectors including Contract Logistics, Manufacturing and the Service sector. He has operated at a senior level, including Board level for an SME. A member of the CIPD and MBA qualified.
Nick is also a bit of a rugby fan and follows Northampton Saints, despite living in the North West.
Specialism: SME advice, Project management including business acquisition, TUPE transfers, ER/IR, change management (re-structuring, performance & development).

Amy Foster
Associate
Nomad HR and Recruitment was founded in 2015 providing HR support and consultancy to a variety of organisations. Amy’s passion lies in Recruitment where she offers a 3 tier recruitment service to suit all levels and budgets.
Specialism: Recruitment, Business Improvement including Investors in People and Lean Management
