Before starting the business, Stephanie spent over 8 years in logistics, dealing with a wide variety of contracts from blue chip organizations such as Britvic Soft Drinks, Unilever and Carlsberg to smaller multi user sites. She’s also had a wealth of expeience in sectors such as automotive, retail and manufacturing.

Nick has had a successful career in HR management gained across a number of industry sectors including Contract Logistics, Manufacturing and the Service sector. He has operated at a senior level, including Board level for an SME. A member of the CIPD and MBA qualified.
Nick is also a bit of a rugby fan and follows Northampton Saints, despite living in the North West.
